                                                                       REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

                                                                             City of Blanco, Texas

 The City of Blanco plans to apply for Regional Mitigation Program Council of Governments Method of Distribution (COG-MOD) Resilient Community Program (RCP) from the Texas General Land Office (GLO) and is soliciting proposals to provide administration and/or planning services for CDBG contract(s), if awarded. Please electronically submit your proposal in .pdf format via email to citysec@cityofblancotx.gov.  Proposals must be received by the City no later than 4:00 PM on February 26, 2024 to be considered.

The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals and may award one or more contracts to one or more service provider(s). Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
