Vision: To improve the lives of the Citizens of Blanco and those that visit

Department Mission: The mission of the Administrative Department is to provide effective administrative services through teamwork, respect, accountability, and competency from the front lines to the City Administrator's Office.

Goals: 

• Increase employee and citizen participation in the budget process
• To show respect from the front lines to the City Administrator's Office to all Citizens of Blanco and each other
• Improve ease of doing business with the City of Blanco
• Achieve financial stability in the General & Enterprise Funds for the City of Blanco
• Achieve a realistic Capital Improvement Plan
• Instill a culture of excellence & continuous improvement in the city workforce
• Develop, expand & leverage the City's positive relationships with external organizations, utilities & governments.
